Where in the World are My Points?

Yeah, I was going to use the thousands of  FIA World Points to offset the cost of lodging in a proposed spring break vacation in Palm Springs. Bank of America, the evil behind FIA (I don't know what FIA means, but I can use the acronym to tell you what it means to me: something like *IA) pulled them from me. Why?  Because Bof A said they expire after five years, and besides, I had closed my account. So, I paid thousands of dollars in interest to them over several years, and even though I don't like to be in debt to a credit card, I rationalized that I would some day accumulate the mountain of points necessary for a budget hotel stay, but I didn't realize I was dealing with No Way B of A.  After 10 minutes talking to Phone Rep One, he put me in touch with Phone Rep Two, and after 15 minutes on hold waiting for Phone Rep Two and punching the boomerang numbers waiting for Phone Rep Two to answer, she said I would have to talk to a supervisor. When I reached the supervisor, who called herself Monica M., she curtly told me the theft was in my contract. I said, "Oh the mice type." She said "Yes." She was not freindly.  Aren't therre laws against this kind of deception?
